Located 12 miles off the Osa Peninsula's. Cano Island is a delight to witness. Equipped with binoculars and a guide, trekker will have no difficulty enjoying the island to the maximum. Audacious naturalists take pleasure in hitting the paths whereas divers and snorkelers proceed for the water!

The loaded archaeological sites found on the island offset the complex forest system. The island is supposed to have a funeral site of pre-Columbian origin. This civilization and their beliefs continue to be a mystery covered underneath the growth of the forest.
